Dashboard lights

hi ive got a saxo vtr and wen i turn my lights on only one of my dashboard lights come on until i hit the dashboard then they bot illuminate is there an easy way i can access the connection

hello my dashboard light is off when i turn my lights on, but if i hit my dash board above the speedo then it comes on is there an easy way i could get to the connection. thanks Rambo
