Internet Keeps Dropping Out?

Hi,for some odd reason my wireless internet keeps dropping out on my pc?all other wireless devices are no problem. in network connections i have... local area connection''network cable unplugged''.....

weird italic writing!!

when i access a lot of web sites,the writing is unreadable ie;italic type writing which is unreadable.the same sites accessed on other pc is as should be.any clues? thanks
