we can't get into our account for msn, although we have installed it about two years ago. Upto about 1 month ago we had no problems, then we can't get a connection anymore.to msn. please help THANX

We've just had our computer updated to windows XP. everything has been updated, and we're with Wanadoo Anytime. After being connected for 10mins, it disconnects then reconnects to another user...
