What to do with "Fresh milk"

Hi I have recently moved next to a dairy farm and have the good fortune to have free fresh milk ie raw milk straight from the cows, it is only filtered and cooled, not pasteurised or anything like...

No.2 son worked a double shift today, 7am-10pm, but phoned me when he had finished to pop round for a chat. He's only just gone, nice to know he still needs mum:-)

I had a kidney transpant 2/9/11, about 3 weeks after I sent a thank you card to the boys parents. Do I send a Christmas card bearing in mind their son only died in September? Not sure what to do.
