Keyhold knee surgery - cartilege damage

Has anybody had an arthoscopy for cartilege damage to a knee? Was it successful in eliminating the pain? Did restore full pain-free movement? And what was the recovery time? thanks

Cleaning behind radiators

Does anyone know of a gadget that will clean all the nnoks and crannies behind radiator panels - a feather duster is too big, and I ve tried tying a duster to a garden cane with not much success.
