athritis in shoulder

Has anyone out there had a joint injection for painful athritis? If so, does it hurt , does it work and does the procedure have to be repeated? Thanks for any advice as all other creams and medication...

Distended stomach and not making any urine?

My friend has been taken into hospital tried to release the urine through a catheter,no joy taken in and still no release,she was very sick in the morning and has no history of urinary tract...
