Broadband and Dect

have just upgraded to broadband and now find our Dect 'phones have developed a 'crackle'! Is there any particular reason why please? If I switch off the broadband router, the 'phones work as normal....

is anybody actually happy at work? i have had 3 jobs in the last 4 years and have never really been happy in any of them (whihc is why i keep leaving) i mean i know no one is perfectly happy at work...
