Motorola greeting/shut down tune

I have just taken possesion of my sons motorola phone (he's got a new un). Does anyone know how I can get rid of that annoying start up and shut down music.

norton firewall/images

on some sites the pictures won't download, yet if I disable the firewall they magically appear how can i set the firewall to allow the whole web-page to appear. (i'm running XP) thanx in advance

rw cd's won't play

I've just acquired a new comp and new cd writer, after writing all the cd's play on my free standing music systems but the cd-r's on my car audio, which is only 1yr old, lose clarity after track 12...

capturing screenshots from video clips

when viewing video clips from film trailers I am unable to capture a screenshot (to use as pc background) I have tried using power dvd and adobe photoshop but with no success, any tips please

on some sites, not many, no thumbnail images show only a red "X" in the corner. how can i get these images to show. my browsers security is at default.
