can anyone direct me to a site that shows me a diagram on how to conect a rj11 extenstion cable i am moving my commputor in my spare room and i have to use an extension cable from my tel socket down...

connection problems

can anyone help with my connection problem since being upgraded to a faster speed it is taking up to 20mins to get a connection and when i do get a connection it keeps dropping tried every possible...
