Goods return -no receipt

I need to return some unused unopened frozen foods(stupid bulk purchase!) to supermarket- but i don't have receipts.However , i did pay by credit card- but i don't have credit card receipt either !....

Since 2002 i have had a Fidelty Wealthbuilder mini stocks and shares ISA-it was arranged thru Chase De Vere - and they take 3.25% Is this a bad deal? should i transfer elsewhere?...

Keyboards problem

I have a notebook to which via usb added a keyboard - both worked fine.... but now if i remove usb keyboard the notebook KEYBOARD won't work.....and now some of the notebook keys letters have gone all...
