chef training course,,but!! i am 41 yrs old...too old maybe???

sound device not working....help

i recently downloaded bearshare and downloaded and listened to some music off it,,,n problems....but then i went to listen to music off my real player and there is no sound,,it says the sound device...

problems loading my music library onto real player

ive just recently paid for real player plus i want to download all my music onto it.....but when i try to locate my music files from my computer/disk a message comes up on screen and says- BUFFER OVER...
