fiat punto won't start

I have also got a punto N reg, which when i put a new battery on it wouldn' start! i was told the red key needs coding but other people have said its probably a wire missing of the battery. can anyone...

Cold and hot air

My cold and hot air have stopped working all together? I have a ford galaxy w reg. The back heater will only work on high but the front one won't work at all!
