Name of a dessert.

I know the ingredients, but not the name. Cider, brandy, double cream, caster sugar, nutmeg and lemon juice. When it's whisked it becomes a thick creamy dessert. Anyone know it's name?

Stupid bleach

I just cleaned the bath carefully but still managed to get bleach on my nice black t shirt! It now has an orange stain down the front. Is there anything I can do about this or is it dead?
