Download speed

Hi,I can be on my computer for hours and download at aprox 540-600kb/sec but if i stop for about half an hour while i have tea etc when i go back my download speed goes down to 90kb/sec,so i switch...

Trouble starting a Rover 75

I have had trouble starting my car and after looking up info on A/B it was stated that it was the T.D.C sensor.. I went to my local garage & they put a OHMs tester on it and it came back as a fault...
