No sound on Freeview

Hi, i have an FTA satellite and freeview. Some of the channels on freeview loose sound especially BBC3/4 and Virgin at certain times. Any remedy for this. Thanks

Hi. I have just received a dvd through amazon-you know the ones you buy that come from different suppliers. Its british dvd (kids programme) on the back of the case it says its made/sent from the USA....
