Can I take out comprehensive insurance on a car that is registered in my son's name but that I have paid for and that I will be the main driver of? He would be a named driver and is over 30 years old.

Transferring Number to new car.

I am looking into part exchanging my car. Is it possible to transfer my reg no to my new car or must I first get the number on a retention (£105) then later transfer it to my new car(£80)...
