Recipe for chicken

anyone got a nice recipe for chicken breast? I usually either chuck it in a curry or chuck it in the oven with sliced taties, onions and tomatoes or chuck it in a pan with beans/lentils or chickpeas...

Hot but dry!

Is there a country where the weather is warm/hot but the climate is dry rather than humid? ie- it feels hot but you don't just sweat the whole time?! Many thanks!
