Widescreen Programmes

Why does the Express TV guide only show certain programmes as widescreen? I would have thought that all the big US programmes (Lost,Invasion) would have been 16:9, although I know our colonial cousins...

SKY+ Strikes Again!

I had Place In Greece on series link but Channel 4 moved it ,I think, and the last episode (Monday) did not record TV schedules in the paper show the show was not even on!   What happened??

Back before the Bonanza channel on Sky became Majestic, they had re-runs of Bonanza and the Beverly Hillbillies, both with different theme tunes to the very famous originals. Why?

Bonanza Satellite Channel

This channel shows endless repeats of Bonanza and The Beverly Hillbillies. These shows had very well known theme tunes but neither tunes are being used. Why?
