Does anyone have experience of coming off St John's Wort. I understand you have to "phase " it. I've been on it a long time and last time I tried to come off I was very low.

Can someone recommend a nice soft fruity red wine.... nothing two oakey. Prefer something mid to full bodied but " soft" is the key requirement...so might have to go for something lighter....
