I saw on the internet about a boy going missin from his nan n grandads front garden, he was playing on a tricicle....havent seen anything since, anyone know if he was found?

My partner was caught by police driving with out Tax, MOT or insurance. He had to pay for Tax and MOT as they impounded the car. What sort of penalty will he receive, points and a fine? Just unsure to...
