Any recommendations for natural insect repellants that work?

Off to Antigua in three weeks and am pregnant so cannot use products containing DEET as I was planning to when booking the holiday at the beginning of the year. I get bitten a lot even in this country...

small nhs proceedure to correct bad looking scar

I have bad scar on my arm, there was a previous post or two on this site. It was a small cut but due to the angle it was slightly flappy and not meeting would need taping together while it healed etc....
