I've gone wobbly!

All of a sudden, from yesterday in fact, I've gone a bit wobbly, such as when I get out of bed, though not fast and sometimes when I look up or down. There's no pain or nausea though, just a wobbly...

With special regard to an audio book, does an MP3-CD mean that the whole book is on the MP3-CD, but will I be stuck to my computer if I want to listen to it?...it won't play on an ordinary CD...
