When I open My Docs and right click on a file icon to send it to my memory stick, it hangs for a few seconds and 'My Docs (not responding)' comes up. This is a new one on me, any suggestions please?

I note that an email address is now given for submitting the solution: do you think one sends a scanned copy of the handwritten grid or must one write the answers individually, i.e. 1a, 2a, etc., etc?
