can anyone reccomend a good one? just want to lose a bit of weight, tone up a bit but dont want to waste money buyin a crappy one! thanx

storyline:....two sisters,one is a housewife/mother, the other is a business woman who is NOT maternal. the housewifey one dies and leaves her children to the business woman who doesnt really want...
