is it possible to repair cracked sagging part of a ceiling

my mums bedroom ceiling has about a 30 inch crack in it and either side of the crack it is sagging, this was caused by a water leak, i was just wondering if it is possible to repair it or is it a case...

audio playing slow

when i play my downloaded songs (mp3 ) with windows or nero media player they have started playing slowly i.e at a slow speed but were ok before. i have nothing else running at the time and no spyware...

mouse moving on it's own/game crash

the mouse on my boys pc tends to move on it,s own after start up and at other times. also tiger woods 2007 tends to crash and shows the curser flashing and two of them.i know this game does have bugs...
