Help...cant seem to do the right thing...

I will try to keep this short, basically once a month or so my partner seems to be in a mood for a few days and seems to just pick at the smallest of things, this then goes either way, I let it go...

Urine infection

I was told last week i had a urine infection and was given antiboitics, however i have just noticed that i also have discharge, is this normal with a urine infection???
