How do I uninstall internet explorer 8. I've followed all suggestions and it seems to be that you have to uninstall service pack 3 first but even that won't uninstall. Any help welcome.

When you click on Start then Run does anyone know the command prompt you type in to view files on a CD without actually opening it up.I don't think it's regedit or msconfig. thank you in advance...
