Ed – text disappearing under ads – again

I’ve posted a request in R&S asking people not to post long links until this problem is resolved. It’s impossible to understand some of the posts and therefore impossible to respond.

This is a relatively recent problem, so I’m wondering what’s been done during latest attempts to improve the site to create it? Maybe if you retrace your steps, you’ll hit upon the cause. Just an idea.

Unfortunately, it seems to be beyond my technical capacity so I have had to log it with the techies.

Hopefully things will improve soon, sorry can't be much more help than that atm.

Thanks Ed. Seems okay now.
I sometimes get problems when users have long usernames which spill over into the text of their thread. I'll checkwhether that problem has stopped aas well

Funny it cut the lines short, and now I have gone back to it, they have now lengthened. How weird :o(

Have you tried a refresh?

In fact why not go the whole hog and just log in and out again just to be sure, then download Chrome and enjoy the improvements!!
