Can't Get On Ab

Another ABer is having trouble logging in. It was fine a few minutes ago- now getting the welcome back sign, but nothing else. Has tried rebooting etc.
Can anyone help please?

I'm not sure what you mean by the 'welcome back' sign.
Try clearing the cache (via browser settings) and then try again to log in

Yes, I think the green welcome back sign when you log in, but nothing from there
