This has been an issue addressed by a few of us very recently (this week). Some believe it is AB site and some the fault of Kaspersky. As most of us who are experiencing these similar problems I am thinking now it is somewhere within Kaspersky the fault lies but am still none the wiser.
Look at Computers on Technology section here and you will read others similar problems here recently.
I had a feeling that the problem was being caused by Kaspersky because every time I exited from the prog I was able to log in to AnsweBank! But as it's a paid for version and very up to date I don't want to dump it, especially as it still has 136days left! I think I'll just have to 'risk it' when I want to go onto AnswerBank.
I shall keep an eye on this currently running event!
Cheers all
I am surprised that Buenchico hasn't said anything on the issue concerned.
Perhaps it a matter of Kaspersky thinking that AB is loaded with viruses because of the possibility of dodgy adverts on the site and is protecting it's users from being infected.

If you find out I want to be the first to know.It is driving me nuts..I have been with Kaspersky for 2 years now and this has only happened in the last 2 weeks.I can log on to other's profile with no problem. If I log on my profile the page cannot be found.Every answer I give goes to the OP but I am sent back to home page of server and have to tap on AB again and sometimes go through the sign in procedure when I didn't log out in the first place.

Mine is Kaspersky Internet Security 16.0.0614(e).
It is a yearly free edition for Barclays Bank internet customers if that helps. Good luck with your enquiry.
