.. to answer questions; impossible to read pages; no longer a seamless joy to try and participate.
I don't know if my answers have gone through - I frequently get a 'network error' page.
Virtually every page I go to gives me the 'network error' - sometimes (but only sometimes) when I go back onto the page, the answer has gone through; no point trying to be the fastest to answer.. by the time I get through, it's next week... ...

might be worth saying what you're using (PC, tablet etc)
And what browser.
What a shame. It's fine here. There must be a rational explanation, Mac.
Yes, please tell us the type of device you're using (Windows PC, Linux PC, Mac, Android phone/tablet, iPad, etc) and which browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera, Dolphin, etc).

And, as you can see, when I do get through I often double post - definitely not by design.

I'll let Chico tell you about IE11.

Try downloading another browser such as Firefox and see if it makes any difference. My guess is that it will.

@Jackdaw - good suggestion, will do that.
But why has this been a problem only since the 'new' site went live?
Ed - any clue/answer/idea?

Try clearing your cache by pressing Ctrl + f5. You will lose any passwords you have saved and will have to log in to AB again.
>>> I'll let Chico tell you about IE11

Only after I've stopped laughing and crawled up off the floor!

Internet Explorer has always been a totally dire web browser. Even Microsoft have eventually admitted that in effect by replacing it with Edge as the default browser for Windows 10. (Edge is, indeed, better but only marginally so).

The majority of web designers start by seeking to ensure that their sites will work with Chrome and Firefox on a PC, as well as with Safari on Apple products, Android's own native browser and both Opera and Dolphin on Android as well. They might also check that their websites will function well in Edge, but probably only as an afterthought. Almost nobody designs site to work in Internet Explorer these days, as it's been seen as a lame (or dead) duck for ages.

GET A DECENT BROWSER!!!

The most popular browser for Windows PCs is Chrome:
https://www.google.com/chrome/

However Firefox seems to be the preferred browser for the majority of AB members (including me):
https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/
As JD33 says, ensure that you've cleared your browser's cache. (Otherwise your browser might be trying to mix elements of both the 'new' and 'old' versions of AB).

I'd cleared cache and favourites etc... not completely stupid, honest!
Will try again.
But - whatever the failings of IE - I had no (repeat: NO) problems before the AB site was revamped. For the avoidance of doubt - not on IE or Firefox.
