Peugeot 206
I am looking to buy a relatively new Peugeot 206 (1.4) but have a limited budget of 4,000. I have seen a 2002 version, having done 80,000 miles and given that we will be only doing around 5,000 miles a year, it seems that it could be worthwhile. What should I be looking out for if I pursue this?

However, if the car was regularly serviced it should still not be a problem. Modern car engines will usually easily exceed 100K is properly looked after. With that sort of mileage, was it a company ar? If so then many of those miles could have been done on motorways, this sort of constant speed cruising is less stressful on all mechanical parts, so is generally good news. If you keep it for three years and do 5K a year it will be down to an average of about 11K a year, which will look about right.
