Oh that's a shame Woofy .Bunged upness does affect the old tastebuds .
Our lamb was very tasty and will be even tastier tomorrow cold with a bit of salt and pepper and bubble .
My Mum used to cook a breast of lamb and it was delicious cold with salt sprinkled on .
Endeavour was good ,cliff hanger though .
Goodnight all .Sleep toight .
Rab is still enjoying guarding his hole in the fence...I have just hauled him to go to bed...oight oight all.

salt shaney?? Isn't that naughty? We have given up adding any salt to cooking or food, except crisps which have it anyway and eggs, even chips only have vinegar. I have to do something the doc says!!!

Good morning all, lovely sunny day here, in fact rather sweti.

No energy today, but will get up in a min and do something!!

Hope you are all OK.

btw, I love salt!!
Morning all...damp, cold and a bit misty...the barometer's back and forth, no wonder I've got an almost permanent dull headache.

No salt?! Ugh, that's like being in hospital. I have salt in and on everything. I even crave salt sometimes. Actually I ate very little yesterday, my appetite's very poor at the moment.

Ooooh, there has to be more Endeavour, they can't leave it like that. I do love him, he looks so right for the time.
good morning all, yes these short series give me the pip...only 3 Sherlocks, only 3 or was it 4 Endevours... I haven't watched it yet, got it video'd for tonight.
Its a beautiful day here.
nice day here, I may go on an easter pilgrimage, on my knees to Santiago or Canterbury or Ikea or something.
Ikea on a Bank Holiday isn't a pilgrimage, its hell itself, or at least purgatory. I have to go and order new bed for Sis' room but am going to wait until the kidletys are back at school
My name's Robinia and I've never been to Ikea.
Apparently they've got a meatball vending machine now. lol
Morning all
Not a bad day so far ,hazy sunshine .
I've been to Ikea once and once was enough.
Hope you're all ok .Nothing doing here and even if there was anything doing I haven't got the energy to do it !

Ikea is fine on monday and tuesday afternoons when the children are in school, you also need to look out for the shortcut signs on the showroom floor but I agree its a bit of a hike. I had to give up doing it when my knee was bad. I have never tried the cafe but the groceries are nice.
I went to the one in Croydon , years ago now .Before the days of internet shopping .We went for a bathroom cupboard and they wanted the earth to deliver it so we didn't buy it . I bought two tea towels instead and was glad to get out of there ! We haven't got one round here .
I did buy a cupboard from them a while ago for the spare room, on line though .
we bought a bathroom cupboard from Ikea (for the kitchen, but we needed a shallower one than their kitchen ranges provided), but it was end-of-range and there was only one left in the whole country - we had to drive to Milton Keynes for it. And a couple of shelves for it - but they were in Tottenham, so we had to drive there too. All this with a blizzard bearing down on us; we were lucky to get home before it hit. The whole lot only cost us £1.50 - plus ten times that in petrol.

Hiowever they do sell Kakaobolls in their caff.
lol jno, bargain

Easter selfie.... :)
