It's the superb Alison Jiear. She recently played the role of Shawntel in Jerry Springer The Opera for which she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier award for Best Actress in a Musical. If you're not familiar with the show, check it out! Alison has also released two solo albums on the Dress Circle label, "Simply" and "Forgiveness' Embrace". The first seems a bit hard to come by, but the second is available from www.dresscircle.com . They're both excellent, in my opinion.
