' Shockwave ' Plug In ?

When I'm using AB, my computer keeps freezing due to 'Shockwave Plug In/ Flash not responding'.
This is using Google Chrome, which I like to use for AB.
It's slightly annoying. Is there a 'quick fix' for this, does anyone know, please?

Thanks NS. I've downloaded the 'app' that sent me to. Not sure whether it's finished downloading yet. This hasn't frozen yet, touch wood. I shall come back here if it freezes again but thanks for your help, which seems to be working, so far. ;-)
