Forgot about my old neighbour bought a little kitten after her husband sadly past away and she called it "Nookie" It used to day out most of the day, so at night my neighbour used to walk around the street shouting Nookie Nookie where my Nookie.
I used to lodge with some people in the 80's who had a lovely big ginger tabby called Lady Violet Bonham Carter, known to her friends as Vi. & no, I don't know why either!
Penfold, and Ziggy were my cats, both old gents. My daughter has Lola because she sashayed around, a bit of a tart, long hair big blue eyes, and Casanova who is babe magnet stuff, big green eyes shorter hair but real butch. Fortunately they have both been 'seen to'.
My cat died in June and the trouble & strife wanted a dog. So we got a Boxer from the rescue centre that was already named Judy. My son though really missed having a cat around, so a couple of months later we got him a male kitten from another rescue centre.
Seeing as we already had a Judy, the new arrival had to be Richard.
I took the two of them to the vets last week, Richard to have the snip and Judy to be treated for fleas. The receptionist was in stitches when I gave her their names, Richard & Judy.
