Just reading about the woman who has been ordered to remove a sign saying "OUR DOG EATS JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES" by the police ! Why have the Police given up chasing villains ? They seem instead to be enforcing the ever more draconian rules of the PC liberal elite? Go and catch some burglars! Why shouldn't we be allowed to warn of these religious loonies?

I open the door to the Jehovahs witnesses and tell them to Fcuk off, it saves me getting a sign done, and its very effective

I think I am little bit more polite than that .I let them have there little sermon then tell them I am deaf then tell them to fxxx off and ask if they are blind cant they read my sign in the window.

I think I would have dug my heels in and let it go to court. This is based on the fact that the sign had been up for thirty years and there was only the one complaint.
I would hope that this would have been another instance where the court would throw out the case.
Even the Jehovas Witnesses said that even though they though the sign was stupid it did'nt upset them.

I am beginnig to think that it is now more PS ( Police State) than PC Rgds Al

I think it was either something to do with cruelty to the dog or they might be worried that everybody will want one for their dog.

I always tell them I'm Catholic, and they soon clear off. The sign made me snigger though - you'd think the Jovos would find it a bit amusing at least. Good to know Her Majesty's finest are keeping the streets safe though :o\

Possible scenario... somebody complains to police.... pc goes round, reports the facts and that it's not likely to cause many problems, Jehovah's Witnesses not concerned.... senior police officer finds out, tells PC he/she is to be disciplined for not taking action, PC takes action, Senior Officer explains he/she has helped PC become more aware of community issues, solved a problem in the community, supported group that were unwilling to support themselves in case they felt oppressed, raised the issue nationally, gets promoted.

A common reaction seems to be saying 'F Off.' Whether or not anybody actually says that I'm sure your average JW prefers to see a flippant little sign rather than wasting their time on an unreceptive person.

My brother invites them in for a cup of tea, and a slice of cake. Then he asks them which bit of the scriptures they would like to debate. They are trained that Joe Public will be nasty, and ignorant of the bible, and my brother is a church going person, with a mischeivous streak. It really screws up the JWs.lol

that's excellent andy boz, that's exactly what my father used to do. once he got them going on a particular issue he would try and convert them! he took great enjoyment in it and they always left with far more questions than answers. he new his bible well he did, god rest his soul. cheers!

when i get jehovas witness or other religious people come to my door i open then windows and play bill hicks thoughts on the "prankster god" really loud. They usually get the picture.
