Cat never comes home

My cat never comes home unless i pick him up and bring him inside but i know he's ok as i see him around playing with the other cats in the neighbourhood. Is there anyway i can get him to come home or at least visit on his own free will?

Unfortunalt you have a real Tom Cat, I only ever owned one cat and have been put off by their lack of affection.I know cats can be very loving.

they are very independent and will come home if they wanT!

has he been neutered? then they tend to stray from home more if they are unneutered, so you might want to consider getting him 'done'.

yep, he's been done. He's also chipped and gets regular check ups.

put kat nip all over the place like your porch or whatever your cat want to go or just shake your cats favorite snack.
