No Vacancies

We appear to have been adopted! This afternoon a little white and torty kitten turned up in my kitchen (she just walked in through the cat flap). I know all the local cats and haven't seen her before. She has fleas and obviously an allergy and was VERY hungry. She's also a feisty wee madam who took a lump out of my hand when I tried to put her in the box to take her to be scanned at the vets.
No chip, so she has been released outside, but she looks SO lost.
Mr BM is already in love with her so I think if she can't find her way home or decides to stay we have number 5.
However, I shall be putting a sign above the cat flap saying "No Vacancies at the Cat Hotel". I shall keep you posted.......

A neightbour up the road adopted him. In my head I'd like another cat but in practice it doesn't work out... oh, and snags would kill me! :c)
lol China. He would LOVE another cat (although potentially in a seedy bap).
She's not in yet - I think with next door's lurking she is a bit frightened. I just went for a walk and found her in her hiding place and brought her back here and fed her. As I walked back (accompanied by next door's cat and the little stray) another sodding cat shot out my cat flap. That one is a local tom and he's a pain in the ****. I do draw the line at that.
Anyway, once next door's cat decides he's ready for bed, there is a bed and food and water all ready for the little stray.
She is a very talkative little madam! And very appreciative of a bit of fuss and some food.
