i think they are somthing like banana leaves have seen micheal palin cooking with them on one of his travel programmes???

Cabbage leaves are great for this.

Vine leaves (Grape Vine - NOT Russian Vine)

Also cabbage leaves, Chinese cabbage leaves and Swiss Chard leaves (which is a leafy vegetable plant similar to Spinach)
