we think we have a rat coming into our workplace at night


how do we get rid of it


and do rats do anything good ?

if not why were they created ???

What signs have yoy seen to suspect a rat ?

we left a big cake out last night


and its all gone this morning

but other than that not much to be honest

we cant see any droppings


but a few weeks ago we did have quite a few flees jumping about the place

but they seem to have disapeared now

A big cake? I doubt its a rat! Check your colleagues waistlines :)

we dont have a cleaner

and maybe it was a medium sized cake

A rat is likely to take a whole cake they will drag it away.

1) put rat poison down, they are really easy to get rid of.

2)What would you like them to do, fix your car?? they are rats, a part of our rich and diverse wildlife.

3)rats were not created!

Leave some more food out tonight, spread flour on the table and in the morning there should be wee foot prints if you do have vermin.

p.s can you put some liquid on the floor that rats dont like and will stop them comig in

and can you get some kind of plug in thing that make a noise that rats dont like ????

1) most like not (never heard of anything like it) and that would not get rid of your problem.

2) many such devices on the market, they will work on occasions but very rarely in my experience of my being a Pest Controller for 13 years.

Kopend, After seeing rats in my back garden {I no longer leave any food for the birds} I was very worried,& bought several of these plugins which emit a sound that is supposed to deter vermin. There is also a light signal which flashes when they are prowling around outside.

Put out some cake at night heavily laced with laxative powder and you'll know next day if your colleagues don't show up for work or keep disappearing suddenly.

why were rats created? I think it was purely to creep the bejeezus out of me.

Rats are great, I love them. Unfortunately they do need controlling :-(

just to let you know we still have not got rid of the rat(s) we put 5 traps down last night

but no dead rats - the bait howevere had been taken from two of the traps

so we are trying a slightly differebt bate tonight

p.s are we at risk of TB or anything else serious whilst we still have the rat problem ???
