What Sort Of Bird Is This?

In size it's smaller than a Starling and bigger than a Robin. Body plumage fawn/orange color and dark green wings and top of head.

Nothing immediately springs to mind but I'll have a wild stab at green finch or siskin. Can you get a photo ?

I'm stumped with this one as well. Redpoll, female chaffinch?

What kind of beak? is there a stripe through the eyes, what colour legs, all the usual questions in fact.
