...wasting so much damn food? Nice stuff I bought him because he liked it? Now at least 25% of those cute little tins and single serve pouches are ending up in the bin.
I can't even deduct it from his allowance, or trade the tins he doesn't like for ones he does ...grrr

The cat seemed to think it was amusing, she looked at the other cat and they had to shooed from the room.

The last time they were here (pre-covid) one of the girls asked me to interpret what Merlin was saying to them, Merlin was growling and hissing at them. She had started swiping at them when I arrived. I can't believe that they didn't understand. A hiss and growl are never happy sounds.

Children need to grow up with pets...then they learn these things.
We had two cats, at various times, when we were kids but they never stayed around for long.

My first real pet was a puppy when I was 16. When I left home he came with me. Since then, the early 1980s, I have had a constant companion - until now.

Being bipolar I have struggled with my mental health and worried to excess about my furry family. I miss having someone around but feel much calmer and less stressed with just myself to care for.

Maybe I will be adopted again. ☺☺

I can understand feeling less stressed.
If you ever choose to be adopted again, some cats will have a wonderful human to own.
I totally agree pasta X
Thank you ladies. xx
