Pigeon Problem

My neigbour keeps pigeons in his back yard, but the cack all over my fence, roof & garden.

Is there anything i can do?

If you can't get your neighbour to do anything amicable, then contact ebvironmental health. I've contratced a serious and painful disease from contact with pigeons in my office building. Get them gone

Planning permission is needed for a pigeon loft or shed - but it is usually granted.

However, the general requirement is they are 6 metres from the nearest house. Does this give you grounds for complaint?
