Does anyone know what breed those grey and silvery German Shepherd look-a-likes are? They are smaller than German Shepherds and I thought they were Keeshonds, but on googling Keeshonds seem very bulky and muscular, or have I only seen them as pups?

Could it be a Norwegian Elkhound? they are a bit bigger than the Keeshond....I had a girl Elkhound many years ago and she was such a LOVELY dog-very affectionate and loyal. Both breeds look like small bears as pups, tho when grown the Keeshond doesn't seem as big-boned as the Elkhound.
Could be a Belgian Shepherd. They look like GSDs but are lighter in weight & slightly smaller, also darker in colouring.
I think you probably mean a Belgian Shepherd. They come in four varieties, the Tervueren is a long coated dog which comes in red, fawn or grey with black overlay. The Malinois is a short coated version in the same colours. The Groenendael is a long coated black dog, and the Laekenois (very rare in this country) is a wire coated dog reddish fawn with black shading. Under the coat they are the same dog and certain varieties can be mated to other varieties, although not all four can be mated to all the others, if you see what I mean.
Could possibly also be a Siberian Husky?
Or a Northern Inuit?
