Robins

Sooooo excited - first time I've ever seen anything like it - 5 robins on the patio! Assume it's this year's brood.

that is unusual maggie, we only ever get to see 2 at any given time, they are beautiful little friendly birds too.

Wow, that's so great. I've only ever seen one robin at a time. Five robins, how lovely ......

I've only ever seen two together, it was Spring so "romance" must have been in the air, as they can be very territorial and aggressive toward other robins. You are so lucky to have seen a group of five.

we had 4 Robins yesterday, 1 loves to bathe in my large plastic lid I filled with water at about 17.20 last 2 days. :-)

I have a bird bath that I make sure has water in it and many times I have had parents bringing babies to drink and bathe, and poo in it sometimes. Robins, Blue Tits and Blackbirds have all done it but I have to fill it up again after the Blackbirds as they spray it everywhere they are so exuberant. Once I had a family of LTT's and that was magical.
