Alerting AB members to a question.

I doubt that it would be possible for AB to have such a facility. However, it would be nice if there was a means whereby one could draw the attention of a member to an item in which they could be interested and may wish to comment, because of their particular knowledge on the subject concerned.

i think it would be unfair for the person who gets the messages...they may not want loads of people singling them out for a question.
they may feel obliged to answer and get into long continuous message sessions, and may not particularly want to - plus it stops others answering with what could be valuable additions...
i personally woudl not like loads of people (strangers) messaging me personally about, say working in films, and im sure people like sqad and buildermate etc wouldnt either...
this is a forum, that you choose to participate in, not a PM board...
