Went to the hypnotherapist demo last night only he didn't, demonstrate that is. It was quite interesting but he didn't offer to hypnotise anybody. All he did was talk about what he did and how it worked. Basically you can be hypnotised if you want to be.

Yes Jude it's lovely to see the sun but I'm busy having a a big sort out. At least I can see into all the nooks & crannies without having to put the light on. And I've had a bit of help with the cleaning
