This thread is going to drive poor Shaneystar mad. I should be trying to lose weight, but being rather immobile and being stuck in at home for the most part is not condusive to dieting!!!!!

I did do some work yesterday, but am finding it so difficult at the moment. I have hated this winter, especially since Christmas. I like to get out and about and see people, even if it's only gossiping in Morrisons! and I feel 'ostrichised'

I know how you feel gesso - as one bit of me improves another bit of me crumbles, so frustrating. The mammo result was ok though which is a huge relief as we have a history of breast cancer.

Well..I don't care.Stamps feet !! All this food and other shenanigans!!
I have had a huge fried breakfast and then I took Shane round the rec and it was freezing. It's still snowing on and off.
Poor Dolly ..what you need is a good blow of this extra fresh air which will clear your tubes in no time !! Hope you soon feel better.
I just know she is going to put me on iron rations this afternoon and tell me to take more exercise. I shall just have to try and type faster and jump up and down at the same time whilst eating a carrot .

Thanks everyone for your good wishes (re my health) ,best wishes to you for those who are not the best at the moment . I don't think it's a good idea for me to look after the Bakery while you are all sleeping ,I was thrown out of the kitchen when I retired .MR dolly and I split the chores up between us ,I asked if he wanted to do the Washing and the ironing OR did he want to cook etc .he loves food ...although is the same weight as when we got married...so he opted for the kitchen . So if you want to take a chance on me I'll have a go as long as there is a computer or a pile of books to read when I'm in there ! I do love gardening though . Off to bed now get my strength up for the very early morning shift ,leave your apron and chefs hat for me Robinia ! Bye xx

Well this is it, I have been around H&G and have decided to order some balls!!!! Robinia and Smudge and Shaney will know what I mean. I have just read the Ciao reviews on the Balls and I think it all seems OK. I have a very sensititve skin as does Master G and the thought of no comfort softener and detergent is rather appealing. I just have to work up the courage to spend �40.00.
