Hello everybody. Just finished my 3 mornings of work this week. Off now 'til Weds. Have a good holiday Jno. Don't know where we'll be when you get back. A Biddyholiday Villa sounds good to me!! Hope everybody is ok and aches and pains are at a minimum. Talking of supplements the only one I take is Cod Liver Oil with Omega 3. I have 10 ml every night.
